SN 36.30 Plain Version – Suddhikasutta

 

Bhikkhū, there are these three feelings.

“Tisso imā, bhikkhave, vedanā.

What three?

Katamā tisso?

Pleasant, painful, and neutral feelings.

Sukhā vedanā, dukkhā vedanā, adukkhamasukhā vedanā—

These are the three feelings.”

imā kho, bhikkhave, tisso vedanā”ti.
