Bhikkhū, perception of sights is anicca, perishing, and changing.

“Rūpasaññā, bhikkhave, aniccā vipariṇāmī aññathābhāvī;

Perception of sounds,

saddasaññā …

perception of smells,

gandhasaññā …

perception of tastes,

rasasaññā …

perception of touches,

phoṭṭhabbasaññā …

and perception of thoughts are anicca, perishing, and changing.

dhammasaññā aniccā vipariṇāmī aññathābhāvī.

Someone who has faith and confidence in these principles is called a follower by faith. …”
